Brent Johnson, President Brent earned a bachelor of science degree in general studies from Rockford College in Rockford, IL. He worked for 8 years for Hamilton-Sundstrand in Rockford in Planning & Provisioning, as well as 8 years for Saab Aircraft interfacing between Purchasing and Production personnel in Sweden and component vendors in the U.S. for the Saab 340 project. Brent launched Midwest Aero Support in January 1990 and enjoys swimming, jogging, skiing and spending time with his children and grand-children in his spare time. |

Joel Johnson, V.P. of Operations During his service in the US Marine Corps Reserves, Joel joined MAS in October 1997 as an Inventory Control clerk. Later, he became a Certified Repairman and worked his way up to his current position of V.P. of Operations. Joel’s hobbies include fishing and hunting as well as raising his two young children. |

John Oller, Director of Manufacturing and R&D John joined MAS in 2010 as Director of Manufacturing and R&D activities. John has 28 years experience in the aerospace, automotive, train and marine industries. He has held various positions; business development, program management, engineering management for product design and manufacturing, project/design engineering, and engineering instructor. He is a member of SME, Rockford Chamber of Commerce Board and Manufacturing Council, Work Force Investment Board, R Manufacturing Council and head of the Technical Subcommittee, Rock Valley College Entrepreneurship board and an assistant coach & active participant in the U.S. Masters Swimming Association. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Eastern Illinois University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. |

Mike Lubbs, Quality Control Manager Mike enlisted in the US Navy in 1989 and worked on helicopter engines. After serving in the Navy, Mike earned his A&P license at Rock Valley College and subsequently joined MAS in 1995 as a component technician. In 2000, he was promoted to Chief Inspector and currently serves as Manager of Quality control and is responsible for maintaining FAA, AS9100 and ASQR certifications |

Josh Griffeth, Production Manager Josh Griffeth is the Production Manager for Midwest Aero Support overseeing all production activities in the shop. He joined MAS in 2006 after earning his AAS and A+P License at Rock Valley College. In 2009, he was promoted to his current position. Josh is attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and will complete his Bachelor of Science in Technical Management in September of 2010. When not at work, Josh enjoys boating and spending time with his wife and 2 dogs |

Claude Cordonnier, Director of European Activities Claude joined MAS in 1996 as Consultant / Director of European Operations. He began his career in 1964 as a Maintenance Engineer with Sabena Belgian Airlines and was appointed Sabena Aircraft Material Manager within the ATLAS group in 1975, where he also served as Manager of EDP Resources and Logistics (1979) and General Manager of Aircraft Material Sales, Consignment Stores / Distribution Center for Europe, Africa and Middle East (1984). |
