Feel Seat Back Repair
Midwest Aero Support designed and developed this repair, and received B/E Aerospace' approval. When the seat back's honeycomb material delaminates from the fiberglass, MAS cuts out and removes the layers of damaged fiberglass, applies structural filler and then places fiberglass over the filler, hot bonding it into place.

Upright (Hoop) Repair
Don't discard seat backs with broken or cracked uprights! These are fully repairable (in most cases) utilizing our approved repair. B/E Aerospace approved this repair designed by MAS technicians. Qualification testing proved our repair to be as strong, if not stronger than newly manufactured seat backs. MAS maintains a repair log for hoop repairs and after 320 repairs, MAS is proud to report zero failures of our repair.

Snap Repair
When the fiberglass on your seat back cracks, often the snaps disappear. MAS repairs the damage to the snap area, installs metal reinforcing plates at each snap location, applies an adhesive and installs new snaps with rivets. This repair complies with B/E Aerospace's Service Bulletin 25-1251 Revision A.
